The T-Fal 16 Quartz Pressure Cooker will save you time and let you have a healthy meal. By using the heavy aluminum pressure cooker, cook times can be decreased by two thirds and nutrients can still be retained compared to conventional cooking. There is a locking handle on the lid, built in overpressure release valve, gasket release handle and a pressure monitoring device on the handle for complete safety. Heat resistant handles and cooker is dishwasher safe.
