One Year Limited Warranty
Your Healthy Bear product is covered by a Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
Should your Healthy Bear product have a defect in product material or workmanship within the warranty period, Healthy Bear Cookware will arrange to have your original product returned to us, and either repair or deliver an identical or comparable replacement to you, free of charge.
Healthy Bear excludes from this warranty any non-electric/mechanical attachments, accessories, and disposable parts.
Also, this warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, or misapplication; has been altered or modified; has been used for commercial, non-household purposes.
Healthy Bear is not liable for any damage, whether incidental, direct, or otherwise and whether known or should have been known to Healthy Bear, Including damage to, or replacement of other equipment and property, or the inability to use this product as indicated. Healthy Bear's liability is limited to the actual purchase price you paid to the retailer.
